Your apartment will be cleaned twice per month to ensure hygienic and enjoyable living conditions. All bed and bath linens are changed during each cleaning. We’re also happy to arrange additional cleanings for those who prefer their apartment to be cleaned more frequently (subject to an additional cost). Please contact us to enquire about additional services such as extra cleanings.
Should you experience any problems in either your apartment or in the common areas, our on-staff service technicians will swiftly address your repairs. Whether it’s replacing a broken light bulb or a leaking tap, we will take care of it. Please use the online technical support form found in the ‘My BBF’ section of our webpage to register all technical issues. We’ll be glad to help as quickly as possible.
Internet, TV, TELEPHONE
Also included in your regular service package are cable TV and a high-speed internet connection. A LAN cable or WIFI router is provided for your broadband connection. Televisions are standard in each apartment and are equipped with a remote control and cable TV connection. Please note that TV channel listings vary based on your location. Additionally, a telephone is provided in each apartment, and a phone line can be installed for a small fee.
Your apartment may have its own washing machine. Where a private washing machine is not available, laundry facilities are accessible within the building (typically in the basement). These facilities are equipped with professional-grade, coin operated washing machines and tumble dryers.
Nearly all BBF properties boast underground parking for residents (parking comes at an additional fee and all parking tenants are provided a deeded spot). The garage doors are automatic and most are operated by remote control. Please be sure to book your parking space when you book your apartment.
Elevator access to the apartment floors, as well as to the basement and underground parking levels, is standard in all BBF properties. Our rental agents will be glad to help guests with reduced mobility book an apartment that best suits their needs.
Each BBF property location was chosen carefully and with consideration for public transit. Each of our properties is located within walking distance of public transport links that will take you anywhere in the city and can connect you with Brussels Airport. Supermarkets, restaurants and other facilities are all equally close by.
We want to be sure that you feel at home from the moment you arrive. A welcome pack awaits you upon arrival, which includes Follow Up (BBF’s own magazine), the access code for the ‘MyBBF’ page, a map of the city, and other general information. Additional information, including important building information or notices, are posted in the elevators or common areas of the building.
The BBF app
Last, but certainly not least, don’t forget to download the new BBF app on your smartphone or tablet! The app includes lots of useful information such as local bars and restaurants, points of interest, and an events calendar. The integrated Google Map will help you get around and even offers GPS guided tours around the city.
