A specialized firm handles the biweekly cleaning and maintenance of your apartment, including the changing of all linens and towels. Our handyman is available at all times and will take care of any repairs required in your apartment. Each building has at least one elevator.
For those flats not equipped with a washing machine, a laundry room with coin operated washing machines and tumble dryers is available in the basement of each property. Underground parking and free street parking is available in most of our buildings. There is a central waste facility for your trash- the bins are collected by the council on a weekly basis.
