In order to find the apartment that suits you the best, please send us your inquiry. You can do this by phone via the inquiry buttons on our website. As soon as we’ve received your inquiry our team will get to work.
Our rental agents will respond to your inquiry by sending you a proposal. You will receive this proposal by email. Should our offer meet your requirements, please confirm by email as soon as possible. Once we receive your confirmation, we will book the apartment for you. Please note that your booking will expire after 48 hours unless BBF receives a valid confirmation such as a signed contract or a reservation fee of €200.
To begin the booking process, our rental agents will ask for your arrival dates, your personal contact information, and any relevant details regarding your company. This information is used to draw up the lease for the requested apartment. Upon completion, our rental agents will email you a copy of the lease. You or a representative of the company sponsoring your stay must sign this document. Please send two signed copies and a copy of your identity card to your BBF contact person or the rental agency.
A rental guarantee equivalent to one month’s rent is required to ensure any damages to the apartment caused during the tenant’s rental period.
Tenants will receive an invoice corresponding to each month’s rent of a BBF apartment or parking space. For apartment rentals, the first invoice also includes the fee of the apartmen’s final cleaning, a complete cleaning that occurs after a tenant’s departure. The final cleaning is a one-time fee which is paid at the beginning of the lease.
The rental guarantee and all rental invoices can be paid by credit card (online via MYBBF) or by bank transfer.
Once you have signed a lease, you will receive a personal login for the ‘My BBF’ section on BBF’s website. This secure section allows you to view important information regarding your lease. Here you will also find forms for requesting technical and cleaning support.
Collection of keys
Keys are available for collection at the local agency during office hours. If you will arrive outside of office hours, please let us know and we will leave your keys in a key safe box at the entrance of your building. The agency will provide you with a unique key code to retrieve your keys. Please note that keys are only released once payments for both the rental guarantee and the first month’s rent have been received.
Check-in time is from 4pm. Upon arrival in your apartment, you will be required to complete the remarks list and an inventory. You can find both documents in the ‘My BBF’ section of our website under the ‘Documents’ tab. Please return this document to your local agency or send it to us by email.
During your stay
We request all BBF tenants carefully read the general information and bylaws. Please feel free to contact your local agency during office hours for any further information. Should your apartment require any during your stay, please fill out our online technical assistance form. This form can be found on the ‘My BBF’ section of our webpage.
All BBF property owners are required to insure their properties for fire and related risks, electrical and water damage. Our tenants are not liable to the landlord or third parties for damages to the building, facade or commons. The tenant’s personal belongings, however, are not covered by the landlord’s insurance policy. To ensure against damage to or loss of personal property, we advise you to purchase a separate insurance.
All properties must be vacated by 11am on the day of your departure. When leaving the property, please close and lock the apartment door and return all copies of apartment keys to your local agency. For departures outside of office hours, please place your keys in the key deposit located in your building’s entryway. For any further administrative or financial matters, please contact your local agency.
